Job Description

What You’ll Do

  • Deliver volume, value, and profit targets aligned with budgeted expectations.

  • Support the growth of Valeo's branded and private-label ranges with Brakes and Bidfood through end-user and contract customer execution.

  • Take full ownership of medium-sized customer accounts, delivering against commercial goals.

  • Partner with and help coordinate the activities of a third-party agency handling smaller foodservice customers.

  • Build and execute strategic account plans to grow range, distribution, and customer engagement.

  • Manage core processes including forecasting, pricing, promotional planning, and master data.

  • Act as the day-to-day customer contact across product portfolios, ensuring excellent service and strong relationships.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with teams in sales, marketing, supply chain, category, technical, and NPD.

  • Monitor market trends, competitive activity, and customer insights to inform strategic decision-making.

Qualifications

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience working with key customers in foodservice or a similar commercial environment.

  • A strong understanding of customer dynamics and commercial performance drivers.

  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage time and priorities effectively.

  • Confident communicator with excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills.

  • Demonstrated ability to manage accounts end-to-end – from planning to execution.

  • Strong skills in data analysis, forecasting, and promotional ROI evaluation.

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, cross-functional team environment.

  • A proactive mindset and desire to grow with a business that values ambition and collaboration.
