Due to recent acquisitions, my client, a specialist in temporary roadway and trackway solutions, is looking for a National Account Manager. Ideally based in the South of England, the role will involve developing existing accounts and identifying new business opportunities. I am looking for someone who understands the hire/construction industry and who can add value to the business from the start. Trackway experience would be great, but, more importantly, you should have experience in building strategic relationships with large Tier 1 contractors, within construction, infrastructure and renewables. As an integral part of the small UK sales team, this role offers a fantastic opportunity to really influence the growth of the business.
Candidates must be:
Experienced Sales Professionals within the Hire/Construction Industry.
Customer focused and highly organised
Effective influencers with great negotiating skills who know how to navigate conversations with Major Contractors to drive business.
Experienced at building and managing relationships with National/Key Account customers
Great at seeking out new opportunities and following up leads
