National Account Manager – Premium Food & Drink Brands

Are you passionate about food, sustainability, and building standout brands? Join a leading specialty food brand builder that champions premium products and partners with some of the UK’s most innovative food and drink names.
We’re looking for a driven National Account Manager to take the lead on managing and growing relationships across grocery, symbol groups, and online retail channels. In this key commercial role, you'll shape account strategy, drive sales performance, and help our partner brands thrive.

What You'll Be Doing
  • Managing and growing national retail accounts, including grocery, convenience, and e-commerce.
  • Developing strategic account plans to maximise revenue and long-term growth.
  • Building and nurturing strong relationships with buyers and key stakeholders.
  • Negotiating and securing commercial agreements that deliver profitable results.
  • Collaborating with internal teams on product launches, promotional activity, and brand visibility.
  • Staying ahead of category trends, shopper behaviour, and competitor activity.
  • Providing accurate forecasts and performance reports to inform business strategy.
What We’re Looking For
  • Proven success as a National Account Manager within grocery, online retail, or food manufacturing.
  • Passion for food, sustainability, and premium products.
  • Strong commercial instincts and a track record of driving sales growth.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to translate insights into action.
  • Self-starter with a collaborative, results-focused approach.
  • Experience within the food and drink sector is essential.
