Location: Ideally based between Bristol and London (Hybrid / Field-Based)

Salary: £55,000 - £60,000 Basic + Performance Bonus

The Role

As National Account Manager, you'll be responsible for managing and developing a portfolio of national sporting accounts, acting as the main point of contact for senior stakeholders and ensuring each partnership continues to grow.

Key Responsibilities

* Take full ownership of a portfolio of national sporting accounts

* Build and develop strong relationships with senior stakeholders and decision-makers

* Create and deliver strategic account plans focused on growth and long-term partnership success

* Identify new commercial opportunities across existing accounts

* Lead contract negotiations, renewals and commercial discussions

* Monitor account performance, budgets and forecasts

* Drive revenue growth through proactive account development

* Work closely with Procurement, Operations, Finance and Senior Leadership teams

* Provide guidance and support to internal sales and account management colleagues

* Represent the business at customer meetings, sporting events and industry networking opportunities across the UK

About You

We're looking for someone who combines strong commercial ability with a genuine passion for sport.

You'll ideally have:

* Previous experience as a National Account Manager, Strategic Account Manager or Senior Account Manager

* Experience managing large, multi-site or national customer accounts

* A proven ability to grow accounts and build long-term commercial partnerships

* Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills

* A track record of delivering against sales, revenue and profitability targets

* Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

* Strong planning, forecasting and organisational abilities

* A genuine passion for sport, whether through playing, coaching, volunteering or simply being actively involved

* An interest in working closely with sporting organisations and understanding the challenges they face

* Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel nationally
