This senior-level position merges sales, business development, and industry knowledge, forming a critical and unique resource dedicated to propelling business growth in the UK.You will navigate the UK market entry in close collaboration with the global management team and career growth opportunities include becoming the Managing Director for the UK.The RoleDevelop and execute a comprehensive business development strategy to penetrate the UK market, in collaboration with the global management team.Proactively generate leads and manage the full sales cycle, from initial outreach to deal closure and implementation.Assist the global product team to ensure a needs led product-market-fit.Manage customer pilots in UK, ensuring successful implementations.Manage larger scale implementations, coordinating with internal teams to deliver solutions that meet or exceed customer expectations.Act as the UK face of the business in the EV market, enhancing the company's reputation and building brand awareness.The Ideal Candidate 10+ years sales experience within EV or green energy consumer solutions.Proven track record in national sales development and new market penetration.Existing network within the UK public sector or electric vehicle market.Exceptional problem-solving abilities and technical aptitude.Excellent communication skills, capable of engaging effectively with both technical and business stakeholders.Security clearance, or the ability to obtain one, is essential.
