Areas to be covered: UK – ideally based London & home counties

Remuneration: £70,000-£80,000 + £10,000 Bonus

Benefits: £7,800 Car Allowance + full benefits package

The role of the National Sales Managers - Residential Mechanical Ventilation will involve:

* Country Manage/ National Sales Manager role

* Responsible for 2 field sales professionals

* This is a 80% field sales role selling advanced systems for residential new build and renovation markets

* You will typically spend 20% of your time with M&E distributors and wholesalers, 70% with the mechanical and M&E installers and just 10% with M&E consultants and other specifiers

* 20% of your time will be mentoring/ managing the existing two field sales professionals

* Full responsibility for the sales performance and market development of the UK

* Defining and executing commercial strategy

* Expanding and optimising the distribution network

The ideal applicant will be a National Sales Managers – Residential Mechanical Ventilation experience with:

* Proven field sales track record in HVAC, ventilation, building services or realated sectors

* Ideally sold into mechanical and M&E contactors and installers as well as wholesalers and other HVAC distributors

* Ideally 2 years+ field sales team management experience (may be flexible)

* New business hunter as well as a team leader/ mentor

* Stable career history

* High energy

* Resilient personality

* Technically capable, energetic, intelligent and commercially aware
