NDT Co-Ordinator Days

We are currently recruiting for 2 NDT Co-Ordinators to join our team on a days-based shift pattern.

This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with strong organisational skills and a background in transport or operations coordination.

Working Hours:
4 on / 4 off shift pattern
06:00 - 18:00

Your Time at Work
- Managing and coordinating daily operational activities within the transport function
- Communicating with drivers to track progress and obtain ETAs
- Liaising with customers and internal management to resolve operational issues
- Maintaining accurate transport records and documentation
- Updating and managing operational data using Excel
- Ensuring smooth day-to-day coordination between all stakeholders

Our Perfect Worker
- Previous experience in a coordination, transport, or logistics role preferred
- Intermediate Excel skills (data entry, tracking, basic reporting)
- Strong geographical knowledge of the UK
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, operational environment
- HGV industry knowledge would be advantageous
