NDT level 3

You'd be based at the Ramsgate facility and you will be responsible for the NDT inspection of aircraft components, with a focus towards aviation safety.

Key Responsibilities
* Interpret codes, standards and other contractual documents
* Assume technical responsibility for the NDT facility and staff.
* Preparing and verifying the adequacy of procedures in the specified method.
* Approve NDT procedures and other NDT-related work instructions for technical adequacy.

What we are looking for

• EN4179/NAS410 Non-Destructive Testing Magnetic Particle Testing Qualification.
• EN4179/NAS410 Non-Destructive Testing Penetrant Testing Qualification.
• Experience within an aerospace NDT environment.
• Experience in reading and interpreting manufacturer's overhaul and repair manuals.
• Experience in utilising MT Bench equipment with fluorescent detecting media.
• Experience in utilising PT Fluorescent water washable and fluorescent post-emulsifiable systems.
• Experience developing audit checklists applicable to the NDT facility and conducting audits.
