Job Description - NDT Technician RA 2 or 3 - Immediate Ad Hoc Assignment

Description

Immediately Available Candidates Required who also possess the RTW in the UK
We are currently seeking Rope Access Level 2 and Level 3 Technicians with PCN Level 2 Eddy Current certification for an upcoming Ad Hoc temporary workscope.

Position Details:

Role: Rope Access L2/L3 with PCN Level 2 Eddy Current
Mobilisation Date: 6th August
Duration: 3 Weeks
Scope: Ad Hoc / Temporary Workscope
Start: Immediate availability required

Responsibilities

Perform eddy current inspections in accordance with approved procedures, client specifications, and industry standards.
Carry out rope access activities safely and efficiently in line with IRATA guidelines.
Inspect, assess, and report on the condition of offshore/onshore assets and structures.
Accurately record inspection findings and support the preparation of inspection reports.
Ensure all inspection equipment is maintained, calibrated, and fit for purpose.
Adhere to all site-specific HSE policies, procedures, and permit-to-work systems.
Participate in pre-job briefings, toolbox talks, and risk assessments.
Work collaboratively with the inspection and operations teams to deliver the workscope safely and on schedule.
Identify and report any defects, anomalies, or safety concerns to supervisors and client representatives.
Maintain valid certification, training, and competency requirements throughout the assignment.
Support additional NDT and inspection activities within competency levels as required by the project.

Qualifications

Requirements:

✅ Valid IRATA Level 2 or Level 3 certification
✅ PCN Level 2 Eddy Current qualification (essential)
✅ Offshore certification and medicals valid and in date (if applicable)
✅ Available to mobilise on 6th August
✅ Ability to commit to the full 3-week scope
