The role is being offered on a Fixed Term basis until 5th of November 2027, part time, over 22.2 hours a week. The salary is £15,526.68 per annum (FTE £25,877.80)

We're looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Neighbourhood Services Administrator to support our Neighbourhood Services Team and help deliver efficient, high-quality services to our residents across Cornwall.

What you will be doing:
As a key member of the Neighbourhood Services Team, you'll provide comprehensive administrative support across a range of housing services. Your responsibilities will include:
* Managing a variety of administrative tasks including correspondence, filing, scanning, mail merges and data processing.
* Supporting housing management functions, including mutual exchanges and empty homes processes.
* Processing property terminations, applications, nominations and lettings administration.
* Maintaining accurate records and ensuring data is updated promptly and correctly.
* Producing reports and performance information.
* Organising meetings, events and travel arrangements.
* Taking accurate minutes and supporting team meetings.
* Ensuring compliance with GDPR and organisational policies.
* Providing excellent customer service to residents, colleagues and external partners.
What we are looking for:

* Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
* Experienced in administration and data entry
* Confident using Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel
* Able to manage competing priorities in a busy environment
* Skilled at communicating clearly, both verbally and in writing
* Committed to delivering outstanding customer service
* Comfortable working collaboratively as part of a team
* Flexible, proactive and keen to learn and develop their skills
Essential Requirements
* GCSE English and Maths (Grade 4/C or above) or equivalent.
* Knowledge of data protection principles and GDPR.
* Understanding of workplace health and safety responsibilities.
