Job Description - NeighbourHood Services Manger

We are looking for an Exceptional Neighbourhood Services Manager to join a well- Established team Within the west Midlands. This post is permanent and offers Remote working.

Neighbourhood Services Manager
West Midlands
£45,000 - £48,000 Annual Salary
35 Hours Mon - Fri

As the Neighbour Hood Services Manager, your key responsibilities will be:

Recruiting, Training, support the Neighbour Hood Team leaders and staff
Over see any Estate Inspections, building safety checks and ensure communal areas ate clean and tidy
Listen to residents who address any concerns, improve the overall satisfaction of the community
Ensure all staff adhere to safety policies, health & safety & compliance are followed at all times, risk management procedures are carried out thoroughly and al safeguarding protocols are put in place
Manage the team's budget effectively
Ensure staff are meeting expectations and have continuous improvement

To be successful in this role, you will have experience in but not limited to:

Proven experience in Estate Management, Repairs and environmental services
Delivering Service improvements and Budget management
Experience in team management and team development
Knowledge and experience of all Health & Safety regulations, compliance and risk management
Excellent IT skills, including reporting and performance monitoring systems
Have a customer focus mindset and strong communication skills
A valid UK Driving licence
