.NET Developer

Avanti Recruitment is working with a well-established manufacturing wholesaler with an annual turnover exceeding £200 million. They’re looking to add a .NET Developer to their growing internal development team.

This is a business-critical role where you’ll work across the full software development lifecycle - from requirements gathering through to implementation - liaising with stakeholders across the business to deliver tools that directly support operations.

Their core platform is currently written in WinForms, and they’re happy to consider developers from modern web backgrounds who are open to learning legacy technologies while also contributing to ongoing development projects.

You’ll be supported by a collaborative, multi-disciplinary team and benefit from a strong focus on personal development - including access to Pluralsight and Udemy, as well as hands-on guidance from experienced engineers.

What You’ll Need:

• Commercial experience with C#, .NET, and SQL Server
• A proactive mindset and good communication skills
• Willingness to work 3 days per week on-site in Normanton

Nice to Have (Not Essential):

• Experience with WinForms (training will be provided)
• Exposure to JavaScript frameworks
