.Net Developer (mid) | £40,000 - £55,000 |+ 12% pension + bonus + private health | Hybrid

Xpertise Recruitment are looking for multiple .Net Developers for an enterprise client with offices in Middlesbrough. This team sits at the heart of a major digital transformation, automating operations, launching new digital services, and modernising a huge chunk of the tech estate along the way. The role itself is full-stack but leans backend, and you'll have real influence across delivery, from architecture and code through to clean deployment and post-live improvement.

You'll be:

• Building secure, scalable software in a squad of engineers, testers, and delivery pros
• Pairing with colleagues and stakeholders to shape solutions that actually solve real problems
• Getting stuck into CI/CD and secure coding practices (this is an engineering-led culture)
• Working across .NET/C# APIs and frontends in React

What you'll need:

• Strong commercial experience in .NET (C#) and ideally some React (1+ years experience considered)
• A clean coding mindset - SOLID, design patterns, secure by default
• Experience in agile delivery teams (and a collaborative way of working)
• The ability to think clearly in messy situations - this is a fast-moving environment
