As the NetSuite Billing Accountant, you will be responsible for:

Manage day-to-day billing activity in NetSuite to keep invoices accurate and issued on time.
Prepare and process customer invoices, ensuring billing details are complete and clearly recorded.
Review billing information and resolve data queries to reduce errors before invoices are issued.
Maintain accurate billing records in NetSuite, providing a reliable view of invoicing activity.
Work with colleagues to gather the information needed to complete billing tasks efficiently.
Investigate invoice queries and make appropriate updates to billing records.
Monitor billing activity and highlight issues that could affect the timely completion of invoices.
Support the Accounting & Finance team with clear billing information and routine reporting.Profile
