NetSuite Practice Lead

We are seeking an experienced and visionary NetSuite Practice Lead to establish, lead, and grow our NetSuite practice. This is a senior leadership position where you will shape the strategic direction of our NetSuite capability, drive business development, oversee successful delivery of client engagements, and build a high-performing team of consultants.

As the face of our NetSuite practice, you will combine deep product expertise with commercial acumen and leadership skills, ensuring we deliver exceptional value to our clients while growing our presence in the ERP market.

• Lead the Practice - Define and deliver the roadmap for our NetSuite services, driving growth and innovation.

• Inspire a Team - Recruit, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of consultants, ensuring a cooperative and supportive culture.

• Deliver Excellence - Oversee successful NetSuite implementations, setting standards for quality and client satisfaction.

• Drive Growth - Work with leadership and sales teams to identify opportunities, shape solutions, and grow our client base.

• Be a Voice of Expertise - Represent our practice in the market, contribute to thought leadership, and stay at the forefront of NetSuite advancements.

• Significant experience in ERP consulting, with a proven track record in NetSuite leadership or large-scale delivery.

• Strong commercial skills and the ability to balance practice growth with client success.

• Demonstrated ability to build, lead, and inspire teams.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills at C-suite level.
