Job Title: Accounts Semi-Senior

Salary:£26,000 to £30,000

About the Role:

We are working with a growing accountancy practice which offer a relaxed, professional, and friendly working environment. Their team is committed to delivering high-quality service to a diverse portfolio of clients, and we’re looking for an experienced and motivated individual to join us. You will be responsible for a wide range of accounting duties, supporting our clients with the preparation and review of financial documents and tax returns. You’ll work independently on your portfolio of clients, with support and guidance available as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare reconciliations, financial statements, and supporting schedules

• Maintain client records and perform accurate data entry

• Draft and file VAT returns, corporation tax computations, and personal tax returns

• Support workflow with general administrative and accounting tasks

Key Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years experience in a practice preferably ACCA registered

• Highly organised and efficient

• Professional, polite, and punctual

• Detail-oriented and comfortable working with figures

• Eager to learn and develop professionally

• A clear communicator and good listener
