My client is well known across the south west and midlands as having relationships with home builder clients and handling mainly plot sales work.

Working under a team leader you will manage your own caseload and have responsibilities delegated to you. You would run the team in the absence of the manager.

You should be someone who understands the demands of New Build Plot Sales including manages the timescales and expectation levels of your clients.

With excellent interpersonal and communication skills you'll be able to demonstrate an ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure in a fast paced high volume environment.
