Job Description - New Build Paralegal

My client is well established, legal 500 law firm in Central London and currently on the lookout for a New Build Paralegal to join their residential property team.

The Role:

Handling a caseload of new build purchases from instruction to completion
Reviewing contracts, conducting searches, and reporting to clients
Liaising with developers, lenders, clients, and third parties
Managing deadlines and maintaining accurate file records
Supporting solicitors with more complex transactions when needed

The Ideal Candidate:

At least 12 months’ experience in residential conveyancing, ideally with new build exposure
Solid understanding of the conveyancing process and SDLT/Land Registry requirements
Excellent attention to detail, organisation, and time management skills
Strong communication and client care abilities
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
