Job Description - New Business Account Executive

In this role, you'll drive the growth of our industry-leading solutions, helping organisations like Amazon, Google, and Netflix tackle their biggest DevSecOps and AI/ML challenges. It's a high-impact opportunity in a fast-paced, innovative environment - ideal for someone who thrives on building meaningful relationships and uncovering new opportunities.

Your Mission:

As a New Business Development Executive, you will:

  • Be the first point of contact for potential new clients, introducing them to our client's platform and value proposition.

  • Identify and qualify new business opportunities through strategic outbound prospecting and timely follow-up of inbound leads.

  • Navigate complex technical and business environments to uncover needs and map them to our client's solutions.

  • Research and analyse target accounts to craft tailored outreach strategies.

  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Technical teams to align on pipeline strategy and messaging.

  • Keep CRM systems up to date (Salesforce), helping shape forecasts and inform go-to-market planning.

What You Bring:

  • 8+ years in a B2B or B2D SaaS new business or sales development role - experience with deep-tech or developer-first products is a strong plus.

  • Proven success in prospecting, lead qualification, and pipeline generation.

  • Confidence engaging senior stakeholders across multiple channels (calls, emails, social media).

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • Driven, self-motivated, and comfortable working towards individual and team targets.

  • Experience with Salesforce and sales enablement tools like Salesloft or Outreach.

  • A proactive mindset and eagerness to grow in a high-energy sales environment.

  • BA/BS degree or equivalent experience.
