You will engage deeply with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders to ensure the business maximises new customer opportunities in alignment with organisational objectives.

This position is ideal for a high-calibre and ambitious professional with direct experience in assessing customerapplication forms and submissions within the financial services sector.

Key Responsibilities and Competencies for this Diverse Role Include:

• Direct experience in processing finance applications - preferred
• Proven experience working within financial services - preferred
• Providing essential support to external customers and direct finance applicants
• Maintaining company systems and records, including CRM systems
• Acting with integrity at all times and complying with FCA regulations
• Detail-oriented and meticulous in assessing application functionality and performance
• Strategic thinker with the ability to align technology solutions with business objectives.
• Proactive problem-solver, capable of anticipating issues and implementing solutions.
• Team player with a collaborative approach to achieving organisational goals.

Salary

A competitive basic salary of c£25,000 - 26,000 is on offer for the successful candidate, depending on experience. Private medical and a hybrid office/home working pattern is also available.
