Your Role as a Business Development Consultant

As a key member of our new team, you’ll be at the heart of our growth strategy:

  • Lead Generation & Business Development – Identify and win new business opportunities with a proactive approach.
  • Client Relationship Management – Conduct meetings, negotiate terms, and offer consultative recruitment solutions.
  • Strategic Account Growth – Nurture relationships with key clients and work towards PSL agreements.
  • Full-Cycle Recruitment Delivery – Partner with our delivery team to ensure quality placements and client satisfaction.
  • Performance Tracking & Improvement – Own your KPIs and continuously optimise your approach for success.
