Job Description - New Business Executive

Dynamite Recruitment are supporting a Family built, long and well established insurance company on the recruit of a New Business Executive. As New Business Executive, you’ll handle enquiries for personal and commercial insurance, delivering excellent customer service and driving new business growth. Working within a regulated framework, you’ll ensure all activity is compliant and customer-focused.

Key Responsibilities

Respond to new business enquiries, understand customer needs, and provide tailored insurance quotes.
Deliver a high standard of customer service throughout the sales process.
Collaborate closely with colleagues, underwriters, and stakeholders to meet shared goals.
Ensure full compliance with all regulatory and internal standards.
Identify cross-selling opportunities and support the wider promotion of financial and risk management services.

Requirements

Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Self-motivated, proactive, and team-oriented.
Experience in a regulated environment.
Confident using insurance software and CRM tools.

Office based, Winchester
£25,000 - £30,000
