As a result of a recent expansion plan due to new business wins, we're looking for New Business Advisors to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity for experienced law graduates, experienced sales people or those who have excellent customer service skills. Roles & Responsibilities:Chasing leads that have been gathered through website, phone, email & letter Taking inbound calls from prospected clients Make outbound calls to onboard potential clients Converting leads and prospects Providing expert advice on residential conveyancing legal matters Upselling additional services Updating records and notes Liaising with fee earners, support staff and colleagues when required Working as part of a collaborative team

Role Requirements:Experience in customer service or sales (Office, Call Centre or Retail) Conveyancing experience A desire to develop a career in law or legal sales Professional telephone manor A passion to go over and above for customers / clientsCRA Legal follow strict best practice recruitment guidelines monitored by the Recruitment and Employment Confederation (REC).
