New Business Manager (Craft Beer – On Trade)

London & Field-Based

£45,000 – £50,000 base salary + up to 20% bonus

I’m looking for a dynamic, commercially driven new business specialist to join an independent craft brewery with big ambitions and a strong reputation in the UK beer scene.

This is a senior-level role focused on winning new On-Trade accounts and activating the brand across pubs, bars, and venues in London

You’ll be joining a fast-growing team that puts quality, culture, and community at the heart of everything they do. With award-winning beers, a standout team, and exciting growth plans, this is the perfect opportunity to make your mark and help bring great beer to even more people

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify, open, and grow new On Trade accounts across London
• Develop strategic business plans with key customers
• Deliver standout activations to drive rate of sale
• Collaborate with Account Managers & Brand Ambassadors
• Track performance and work to clear KPIs and targets
• Represent the brand with pride, energy, and professionalism

About You:

• Proven track record in On Trade sales and business development
• Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills
• Existing relationships with UK On Trade decision makers
• Confident presenter and skilled communicator
• Strategic mindset with a passion for premium products
• Self-starter who thrives on achieving and exceeding targets
