We’re on an exciting journey to partner with over 600 thriving practices by 2027, and we’re looking for a New Business Partner Co-ordinator to help us get there. What You’ll Be Doing

In this role, you will be instrumental in identifying and connecting with high-quality new partner practices. Your focus will be to create a strong pipeline of opportunities, initiate conversations, and hand over qualified prospects to our New Business and Operations Teams for a smooth and successful launch.

You will:

• Research and identify potential new partner clinics — from independent optical and hearing practices to multi-disciplinary health providers.


• Build a pipeline of “clusters” of locations that align with our recruitment plans for Audiologists.


• Use CRM systems to manage and track leads, ensuring every opportunity is progressed.


• Work closely with marketing to develop campaigns and materials that inspire and attract potential partners.


• Make initial contact via email, post and outbound calls, and follow up to secure meetings.


• Coordinate efficient handovers to operations, ensuring each new partner’s launch is seamless.

What We’re Looking For

We’re seeking someone who is:

• Adaptable, with experience in telesales, customer service or B2B pipeline management.


• Confident in building rapport over the phone and able to adapt conversations as needed.


• Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.


• Comfortable working with CRM systems and Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).


• An articulate communicator, both written and verbal.

Salary & Bonus Structure

• Base Salary: Up to £30,000 DOE


• Monthly Target Bonus (based on a 4-week month)

What Success Looks Like

• Securing 5 partner meetings per week for the New Business Team.


• Maintaining a well-organised, up-to-date CRM with clear follow-up actions.


• Helping accelerate our partner acquisition to keep pace with our Audiologist recruitment.
