New Business Producer

The Role

• As a New Business Producer, you will be working on Leads provided by the Business, AND developing your own network to build prospects and converting into new wins.
• Develop prospects and win accounts that pay a Fee income of £5,000 and above – the bigger the better.
• Work with the Sales Leader, Client Executivesand the Broking Teams to ensure you follow through with the best propositionfor the prospect.
• Build a book?? – it is up to you and the business as to whether you will keep the Clients you win, or pass them on to the existing team to allow you to continue winning more!

What We Are Looking for

• A New Business Producer with a minimum of 3years’experience in the development of new business. You might be a Client Executive with an existing book, who wishes to focus on Building a portfolio, or an out and out New Business Producer
• Strong technical experience, capable of holding court with mid-market sized clients about their insurance programme
• An individual who knows how to 'network'
• As a New Business Producer, you must be someone who knows how to close a deal !
• It goes without saying, but you must have the hunger, desire and confidence to succeed.
