New Business Sales Executive



Location: South / South East / London-based - Must be flexible to travel



Roc Technologies is seeking a commercially driven and experienced New Business Sales Executive to join our growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a high-performing sales professional to drive new business growth while building long-term, strategic client relationships.



As a New Business Sales Executive, you will play a key role in expanding Roc Technologies’ footprint across Infrastructure, Cloud, Security and IT services, helping organisations solve complex challenges through innovative technology solutions.



Key Responsibilities




  • Drive new business acquisition, identifying and securing opportunities across target markets

  • Develop and grow strategic customer accounts, creating long-term value and partnerships

  • Build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders and key decision-makers

  • Position Roc Technologies’ full portfolio of services to align with customer needs and challenges

  • Collaborate closely with internal technical and delivery teams to ensure exceptional customer outcomes

  • Maintain a strong understanding of market trends, competitor activity, and emerging technologies



We are looking for a motivated and ambitious individual who thrives in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment.



You will have:




  • A proven track record of winning new business within the IT services or technology sector

  • Experience managing and growing enterprise or strategic accounts

  • Strong knowledge of infrastructure, cloud and security solutions

  • A consultative, customer-first approach to sales

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills

  • High levels of drive, resilience, and a passion for achieving results
