  • Act as a central point of contact for the team, helping maintain consistency, communication and standards
  • Share knowledge, best practice and market insight to support overall team performance
  • Monitor and manage team KPIs and sales activity metrics, providing regular performance updates to management
  • Support onboarding and induction activity where required
  • Work closely with the Director and wider leadership team on any people-related matters
  • Foster a positive, accountable team culture aligned with Rettie values

Operational & Cross-Team Contribution

  • Contribute to onboarding new developments and preparing launches
  • Support pricing discussions and client proposals
  • Ensure all administration, compliance and reporting is completed accurately and on time
  • Actively promote cross-selling opportunities across the wider business

People & Culture
  • Role model a positive, professional and collaborative approach
  • Contribute to a culture of accountability, continuous improvement and high performance
  • Share feedback and observations with senior leadership to support individual development
  • Support team wellbeing and an inclusive working environment

Key requirements
