Job Description - New Homes Sales Consultant

Generate and convert new-home leads via canvassing & outreach
Manage buyer journey from enquiry to exchange
Surpass targets with tiered commission (OTE £45k) & benefits

What You’ll Do:

Business Generation: Identify and secure new site valuations through canvassing, database outreach and lead follow-up.
Client Management: Qualify and register buyers, manage enquiries and maintain professional relationships through to completion.
Pipeline & Sales Progression: Own your deals from initial contact through exchange, including viewings, negotiations and liaison with solicitors/mortgage brokers.
Marketing Support: Coordinate brochures, signage, online adverts and other promotional materials to drive interest in new developments.
Target Achievement: Exceed individual and team targets to help your office become market leader.
Compliance: Work in line with industry standards and legislation

About You:

Full, clean driving licence (essential)
Proven residential sales experience in the London market (new homes experience desirable)
NAEA/Property mark qualification (desirable)

Package & Benefits:

Basic Salary: £22,000–£25,000 (DOE)
OTE: £45 000
Company car (personal use + fuel/expenses
