Graduate New Homes Consultant – Central London
Basic Salary: £27,000 DOE | OTE £50,000
Full-time | Commission + Bonuses | Company Car Provided
An exciting opportunity for a recent graduate to kick-start their career in the property industry with a well-respected, high-performing estate agency. This is a full-time role within the New Homes team, offering hands-on experience, excellent training, and clear progression.
You’ll work alongside experienced professionals on exciting new developments across Central and South London. From supporting launches to handling buyer enquiries and progressing deals, this role is varied, fast-paced, and client-facing.
What we’re looking for:

A driven, confident, and professional individual
Strong interest in property and customer service
Excellent communication and organisational skills
Full UK driving licence (essential)

What’s on offer:

£27k basic salary + commission on every unit sold
OTE £50k (first 3 months commission guaranteed)
