Job Title: New Homes Sales Consultant

Location: North Home Counties

Salary: £33,000 - £40,000 + bonus/commission, dependent on experience

Employment Type: Permanent, full-time (including weekends)

Job Overview

An opportunity is available for an experienced New Homes Sales Consultant to support the sale of new-build residential properties across the North Home Counties, managing prospective buyers from initial enquiry through to completion. This position is suited to candidates with a proven track record in new homes sales or another target-driven, customer-facing sales environment, who can confidently conduct viewings, negotiate offers, maintain accurate sales records and work towards agreed targets while providing clear communication throughout the customer journey.

Role & Responsibilities

Manage customer enquiries and arrange viewings of available new homes.

Conduct property viewings and guide buyers through purchasing decisions.

Negotiate offers and progress sales from reservation through to completion.

Work towards agreed sales targets and monitor ongoing sales performance.

Maintain accurate CRM records, customer information and sales pipeline updates.

Skills & Experience Required

Proven experience in new homes or target-driven, customer-facing sales.

Strong communication skills and confidence negotiating with prospective buyers.

Comfortable using CRM systems to manage enquiries and sales activity.

Full UK driving licence and access to a car.

Willingness to work weekends as part of the role.

Salary & Benefits

The package includes a basic salary dependent on experience, plus bonus/commission opportunities, a pension and private healthcare.
