New Homes Sales Consultant - 12-Month FTC (Potential to Go Permanent)

• £37,244 base + £200 per plot (OTE £15-20k)
• Tuesday-Saturday | Developments in Kidbrooke, Finsbury Park, Croydon

Looking for a high-performing sales role with a strong team culture and real work/life balance?

This 12-month contract offers solid earnings, varied experience across major London developments, and genuine potential to go permanent (two of the last seven FTC hires were.)

You'll handle the full sales process, from enquiry to exchange, delivering a top-tier customer experience while working toward weekly targets. You'll rotate every 3-6 months between sites, giving you variety and valuable exposure across the portfolio.

The team is well-established and low-turnover. This role has come up due to maternity leave, not because someone left. You'll report to a down-to-earth manager who values trust, not micromanagement. The culture is supportive, with many in the team balancing work with family life.

What We're Looking For:

• Experience in new homes sales preferred, but high-end retail/hospitality also considered

• Resilient, target-driven, and strong with customers

• Confident managing viewings, calls, and conversions independently

• Ideally female (client preference for team balance), but open to all
