£20,000 Basic + OTE £55,000+ | Full Training & Career Progression
We’re excited to be working on a fantastic New Homes Sales opportunity based in Clapham, perfect for someone at the start of their property career who’s eager to learn, grow, and thrive in a fast-paced, design-led environment.
What’s on offer:

Location: Clapham, Southeast London
Basic Salary: £20,000+
OTE: £55,000+

Key responsibilities:

Meet and greet prospective buyers, providing an exceptional first impression
Conduct viewings and confidently present new build developments to clients
Build strong relationships with potential purchasers, guiding them through the sales process
Manage enquiries, follow up leads, and maintain regular client communication
Liaise with developers and internal teams to ensure a smooth sales journey
Support the marketing and promotion of new developments on site and online
Accurately update CRM systems and sales reports
