Requirements: 

• Proven track record in Estate Agency New Homes or Residential Sales.
• Residential sales experience desirable.
• Cross selling multiple development sites using our data business data base.
• Has a strong work ethic.
• Sales and Customer Service expert.
• Ambitious and self-motivated.
• Financially driven.
• Full Clean UK driving licence desirable.
