Job Title: New Homes Sales Manager | Central Finchley
Location: Finchley
Basic Salary: £40,000
On Target Earnings: £65,000

A mutli-branch, highly successfull estate agency is looking for a New Homes Consultant to join their team in Central Finchley

You will need to be happy to work to targets as well as ascertain and seek to understand clients’ requirements in order to maximise each viewing and ensure any queries are professionally handled. Using your excellent knowledge and experience of new home sales you will be ambitious and driven to meet and exceed sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sourcing new business through developing relationships with landlords, and other relevant stakeholders
• Calling and meeting with property owners
• Negotiating offers between parties
• Ensuring administrative records are kept up to date at all times
• Responding to telephone, website leads & using internal software
• Conducting viewings with prospective buyers

Skills and experience

• A team player with a natural desire and ability to provide excellent customer service.
• Previous Estate Agent or New Homes Sales Consultant experience is essential
• You will have strong communication skills with excellent interpersonal skills
• You will have solid IT skills and experience of using Estate Agency CRM systems
• Negotiation skills and a natural sales ability is key
• You will be well spoken and well presented
