Behaviour & Safeguarding Administrator – Greenwich

Are you an experienced administrator looking for a role within a busy secondary school where you can play a key role in supporting safeguarding, behaviour and attendance?

A well-established secondary school in Greenwich, based in Maze Hill, is seeking a reliable and organised Behaviour & Safeguarding Administrator to join their team on for the entirety of the academic year. Based in the Reflection Room, you will provide essential administrative support across safeguarding, behaviour and attendance, ensuring key records and processes are maintained accurately.

About the Behaviour & Safeguarding Administrator role:

• Log and file safeguarding records, including Year 6 files, and follow up missing documentation


• Support the transfer of Year 11 and Year 13 files to new provisions


• Maintain trackers for vulnerable children, including CP, CIN and agency referrals


• Monitor MyConcern and escalate overdue concerns to the DSL


• Coordinate meetings, ensuring they are diarised and attended


• Book safeguarding training and maintain attendance records


• Support Alternative Provision compliance and behaviour trackers


• Manage detention administration and email correspondence


• Support uniform, Reflection Room and School-Based Reflections


• Maintain behaviour incident records, First Impressions and Pastoral Scoreboard


• Maintain attendance conversation trackers

We are looking for someone who:

• Has previous administrative experience, ideally within a school or education setting


• Is highly organised with excellent attention to detail


• Can manage sensitive and confidential information professionally


• Has strong communication and follow-up skills


• Understands the importance of safeguarding and confidentiality


• Has an Enhanced Child DBS that is in date – essential
