ACCOUNT MANAGER – Large Format Digital Print

ROLE DETAILS

Location: East Sussex, Office based
Salary: £35,000 - £40,000
Type: Full-time, Permanent

Industry: Large Format Digital Printing & Visual Communications

I’m working with an established business within the large format digital printing and visual communications industry that is looking to recruit a Account Manager.

This is an opportunity for someone with experience in large format print, signage or visual communications to take ownership of existing customer accounts, develop relationships and identify opportunities to grow revenue.

This would suit someone who enjoys building customer relationships, developing existing accounts and taking a commercially focused approach to sales.

ROLE

• Managing and developing an existing portfolio of customer accounts.


• Building strong relationships and generating repeat business.


• Identifying opportunities to increase account revenue and profitability.


• Preparing quotations, negotiating pricing and following up on new enquiries.


• Developing new business opportunities and expanding the customer base.


• Working closely with internal production and operations teams to ensure customer requirements are met.


• Managing customer expectations throughout the order process.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Experience in sales or account management within large format print, signage or visual communications.


• A good understanding of print processes, materials and finishing.


• Strong customer relationship and communication skills.


• Commercial awareness, including pricing and profit margins.


• A proactive approach to developing accounts and winning new business.


• The ability to manage multiple customers and projects in a busy environment.

ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE

• Previous experience in sales or account management within large format printing, signage or visual communications.


• A good understanding of large format print processes, materials and finishing.


• Experience preparing quotations, managing customer orders and discussing pricing.


• Proven ability to develop customer relationships and generate repeat business.


• Commercial awareness, including an understanding of costs, margins and profitability.


• Strong communication, negotiation and organisational skills.

QUALIFICATIONS

• A relevant qualification in sales, business, marketing or a related subject would be advantageous but is not essential.


• Evidence of relevant industry training or professional development would be beneficial.


• Strong practical industry knowledge and relevant sales experience are more important than formal qualifications.
