Are you an experienced Administrator who enjoys keeping things organised and supporting a busy team?

We’re looking for a confident, experienced Administrator to join a welcoming team in Filey on a temporary ongoing basis.

This is a great opportunity for someone who can hit the ground running, enjoys working with people and is comfortable managing a varied administrative workload.

This is a full-time, fully site-based position with an immediate start available.

What you'll be doing

• Providing day-to-day administrative and operational support to the Manager


• Processing and maintaining timesheets and expenses


• Updating spreadsheets, trackers and internal records


• Using Microsoft Word and Excel to complete administrative tasks


• Keeping information accurate, organised and up to date


• Supporting the wider team with general administration as required

What we're looking for

• Previous office administration experience


• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel


• Confidence working across a laptop and dual-screen set-up


• The ability to get up to speed quickly and manage day-to-day tasks effectively


• A positive, approachable attitude and confidence working with different people

This will be working Monday to Thursday 9am-5pm, earning a salary of £15.39 per hour.

This is a full-time, fully site-based role in Filey and is offered on a temporary ongoing basis, with an immediate start available.
