New Job Opening: Assistant Building Manager in Stretford, Manchester, UK

Catch 22 are working with a leading property management organisation to recruit an Assistant Building Manager for a prestigious commercial office development based near Trafford.

Working alongside the Senior Building Manager, you'll help deliver exceptional facilities management, contractor performance, tenant engagement and health & safety compliance across the estate.

What You'll Be Doing

• Managing hard and soft service contractors


• Supporting planned and reactive maintenance activities


• Building strong relationships with occupiers and tenants


• Conducting site inspections and health & safety audits


• Assisting with budgets, service charges and supplier performance reviews


• Supporting projects and minor works across the site

What We're Looking For

• Facilities Management experience within a commercial environment


• IOSH Managing Safely (essential)


• Good understanding of contractor management


• Knowledge of hard and soft FM services


• Strong communication and organisational skills


• Proactive, professional and customer-focused approach

Role details

• £32,000 salary
