An exciting opportunity for an organised and motivated Assistant Property Manager to support a busy Block Management team in Slough area. Assist the team with compliance, maintenance, budgets, and client service.

An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Assistant Property Manager to join an established property management company based in Slough.

This is an ideal position for someone looking to build or develop a career in block management, working alongside experienced Property Managers to deliver a high standard of service to clients, leaseholders, and residents. 

What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):

• Assist with day-to-day property management tasks


• Help organise repairs and maintenance


• Answer phone and email enquiries


• Keep records and files up to date


• Support the team with admin and compliance checks


• Help prepare documents for meetings 

What We're Looking For (Skills & Experience):

• Previous experience in a property, lettings, or administrative support role (preferred)


• Excellent organisational and multitasking skills


• Strong verbal and written communication skills


• Proactive, practical, and team-focused approach


• High attention to detail and accuracy


• Proficient in MS Word and Excel


• Willingness to learn and take on new responsibilities


• Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
