Working alongside the Sales Manager, you will help drive valuations, listings and sales while supporting the development of the sales team.

What you'll be doing (Key Responsibilities) as an Assistant Sales Manager

• Support the Sales Manager with the day-to-day running and development of the sales team


• Generate valuation opportunities and win new property instructions


• Conduct market appraisals and provide accurate property valuations


• Build relationships with vendors, buyers and prospective clients


• Follow up enquiries, leads and valuation opportunities to maximise conversion


• Work towards individual and team targets while maintaining high service standards 

What our client is looking for (Skills & Experience)

• At least five years' experience within the residential estate agency sector


• Proven experience winning listings and generating new business


• Strong knowledge of property valuations and the sales process


• Previous experience supporting or mentoring colleagues would be advantageous


• Target-driven with a proven ability to achieve results


• Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills


• Highly organised, proactive and able to manage competing priorities


• Professional presentation with a genuine commitment to outstanding customer service
