This is a senior, commercially focused role combining property valuations, business development and team leadership. Previous experience in the estate agency or auction sector is essential.

You will be responsible for generating new auction instructions, establishing valuable relationships with estate agents and property professionals, developing referral networks and driving the overall performance and growth of the Kent territory.

What you'll be doing (Key Responsibilities) as an Auction Valuer Manager:

• Taking ownership of the Kent territory, driving business growth and increasing auction instructions


• Carrying out property appraisals, preparing auction valuations and advising on guide prices and reserve recommendations


• Building and developing relationships with estate agents, investors, developers and professional introducers


• Identifying new business opportunities and securing referral partnerships to generate a consistent pipeline of instructions


• Leading and supporting the regional auction team, monitoring performance and maximising commercial opportunities


• Representing the business at client meetings, property valuations and networking events while working towards regional growth targets

What our client is looking for (Skills & Experience):

• Essential previous experience within the property auction industry – this is non-negotiable


• Proven management or leadership experience within the property sector


• Strong business development background with a successful track record of winning new instructions


• Excellent property valuation, appraisal and negotiation skills


• Experience developing relationships and referral partnerships with estate agents and property professionals


• Commercially minded with a good understanding of the property market and auction process


• Self-motivated, highly organised and confident managing a regional territory independently


• Must reside in Kent, hold a full UK driving licence and have access to a car
