We’re working with an outstanding 5 Star hotel in Surrey that is looking for a Chef De Partie to join its talented Banqueting Kitchen team.

Responsibilities as a Banqueting Chef De Partie…

• Running your section with consistency and attention to detail


• Preparing mise en place for a variety of banqueting events and services


• Working with high-quality, locally sourced ingredients with a focus on sustainability


• Supporting the Sous Chefs and Executive Chef during busy service periods


• Helping deliver outstanding food across weddings, conferences and private events

This role would suit an experienced Chef De Partie or a strong Demi Chef De Partie who’s ready to step up. We’re looking for someone with experience in a luxury 4 or 5 Star hotel, high-end conference venue or luxury wedding venue who takes pride in delivering exceptional standards while remaining calm under pressure.
