An experienced Block Manager required to oversee a mixed property portfolio, managing leases, budgets and statutory processes while delivering consistent service to clients, leaseholders and contractors.

Worth Recruiting – Property Industry Recruitment is working with a property company based in Edgware. They are seeking an experienced Block Manager to take responsibility for a managed portfolio of residential and commercial properties.

This is a key role requiring proven block management experience, strong organisational skills and confidence when dealing with clients, leaseholders and statutory obligations. 

What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):

• Managing a portfolio of residential and commercial blocks


• Administering Section 20 Notices


• Preparing and managing service charge budgets


• Producing and reviewing management accounts


• Attending and conducting AGMs


• Liaising with leaseholders, clients and contractors


• Arranging repairs, maintenance and compliance works


• Ensuring adherence to lease terms and current legislation


• Handling general administration related to block management 

What We're Looking For (Skills & Experience):

• Significant previous experience in Block Property Management


• Proven experience managing Section 20 Notices


• Strong knowledge of residential and commercial leases


• ARLA, IRPM or RICS qualification (preferred)


• Excellent customer service and communication skills


• Calm and considered approach under pressure


• Strong organisational and time management skills


• Ability to prioritise workload effectively


• Confident team player with a professional approach


• Willingness to stay up to date with training and legislation


• Full UK driving licence and own vehicle
