An office-based Block Property Manager role in Arundel, responsible for managing multiple local residential blocks, coordinating compliance and maintenance, and providing a reliable service to leaseholders and contractors.

An independent property management company is seeking an experienced Block Property Manager to join their Arundel office. This role involves managing a portfolio of residential blocks and requires strong organisational skills and a structured approach to property management.

You will oversee the day-to-day management of several developments, ensuring compliance, coordinating works and maintaining effective communication with leaseholders and contractors. 

What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):

• Managing a portfolio of residential blocks from an office-based environment


• Ensuring compliance with property, safety and regulatory requirements


• Coordinating maintenance, repairs and planned works across multiple sites


• Instructing and liaising with contractors and service providers


• Handling leaseholder enquiries and resolving issues efficiently


• Managing documentation, notices and record keeping


• Prioritising workload across multiple developments 

What We're Looking For (Skills & Experience):

• Previous experience in block or property management


• Knowledge of Health & Safety and property compliance requirements


• Strong customer service and communication skills


• Confident and professional telephone manner


• Excellent organisation and problem-solving ability


• Willingness to work towards a relevant professional qualification


• Full UK driving licence
