Salary: £40k - £50k per annum (pro rata based on hours)

We are seeking a practical, people-focused Building Manager / Front of House to manage the daily operation of a smart private development in Hove: Focussed on the practicalities of building management and exceptional service to the residents.

This role is central to creating a positive experience for residents, visitors, contractors and other staff while ensuring the building runs efficiently and professionally.

Hands-on Building Manager and Front of House overseeing daily operations, coordinating services, and ensuring the building operates smoothly every single working day.

What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):

• Acting as the main on-site point of contact for residents, visitors, & contractors


• Running reception and maintaining a professional front-of-house presence


• Overseeing the day-to-day operation of the building


• Coordinating contractors, cleaners, security, and maintenance teams


• Identifying issues early and managing them through to resolution


• Supporting general occupier requests 

What We're Looking For (Skills & Experience):

• Experience in serviced offices, property, hospitality, or front-of-house roles


• Friendly, calm, and confident when dealing with people


• Organised, dependable, and comfortable taking responsibility


• Practical and observant, with an eye for detail


• Superb customer service skills
