An exciting opportunity for a RICS Qualified Building Surveyor / Project Manager to join a respected professional property company in Hendon, taking responsibility for delivering a wide range of surveying and project management services while providing first-class client care.

This is an excellent opening for an experienced and RICS Qualified Building Surveyor / Project Manager to join an established, professional, and independent property company based in Hendon.

The firm is highly regarded within the North London property sector and is recognised for delivering a comprehensive range of surveying, project management, and consultancy services. 

What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):

• Provide professional building surveying services across residential and commercial properties


• Manage refurbishment, maintenance, and repair projects from inception to completion


• Prepare specifications, schedules of work, and contract administration


• Conduct building condition surveys, defect analysis, and reports


• Advise on planned maintenance programmes and statutory compliance


• Liaise with clients, contractors, and consultants to ensure successful project delivery


• Oversee budgets, timescales, and quality of works 

What We're Looking For (Skills & Experience):

• MRICS qualified Building Surveyor with proven experience


• Strong project management skills across residential and commercial sectors


• Excellent technical knowledge and attention to detail


• Strong organisational and time management abilities


• Confident communicator with excellent client-facing skills


• Ability to lead projects independently and within a team


• Good knowledge of building regulations, legislation, and health & safety


• Proactive, professional, and commercially aware approach
