Responsibilities

• Take ownership of key projects and deliver results that align with organizational goals.


• Working with and attending education bodies to provide advice and guidance.


• Prepare workshops and deliver.


• Building positive relationships with training providers and employers.


• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and efficiency.


• Analyze challenges, propose solutions, and implement strategies to achieve success.


• Maintain a high standard of professionalism and contribute to a positive workplace culture.


• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to ensure we remain at the forefront of our field.

Qualifications

• Must be qualified or working towards Level 6 ( or equivalent) in Career Guidance and Development


• Knowledgeable about careers and labour market information, with an understanding of the education and employment


• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically.


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.


• A proactive attitude and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.


• Engaging facilitator, who can confidently design and deliver sessions for both large and small groups.


• A commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
