Commercial Litigation Associate (4–5 Years+  PQE)

Salary: £95,000 – £115,000 + DOE/PQE

They are seeking an ambitious Commercial Litigation Associate (4–5 PQE) to join their highly regarded Dispute Resolution practice.

The Opportunity

In this high-visibility role, you will manage a varied caseload of complex commercial disputes, balancing independent conduct of smaller matters with key strategic roles on large-scale litigation and international arbitrations. Working alongside market-leading partners, you will take ownership of cases from pre-action strategy through to trial, mediation, and enforcement. Key Responsibilities & Requirements

  Qualifications & Experience: Qualified Solicitor (England & Wales) with 4–5 years’ PQE in commercial litigation gained within a respected national, City, or top-tier boutique practice.

  Core Disputes Expertise: Proven track record handling breach of contract claims, shareholder/company law disputes, civil fraud, partnership claims, and high-value commercial conflict resolution.

  
  


• 
  

  Procedures & Technical Mastery: Practical experience conducting legal research, drafting pleadings, inter-partes correspondence, witness statements, and interim applications under CPR guidelines.

  
  


• 
  

  Case & Client Management: Confidence acting as a primary client contact, liaising directly with counsel, experts, and stakeholders during mediations, arbitrations, and High Court proceedings.

  
  


• 
  

  Commercial Acumen & BD: Proactive attitude toward marketing, client development, and cross-practice networking across key sector groups (tech, media, retail, and financial services).

  
  

Package & Benefits

  Base Salary & Bonus: £95,000 – £115,000 per annum (dependent on experience and PQE level, aligned with London market rates) plus a performance-related bonus scheme.
