The successful candidate will have responsibility for the day-to-day management of a commercial portfolio, dealing with landlords, tenants, contractors and suppliers.

 Candidates with a strong block management background who also have some relevant commercial property experience will also be considered, provided they have the technical knowledge and confidence to manage commercial assets effectively.

What you'll Be doing (key responsibilities) as a Commercial Property Manager:

• Managing a portfolio of commercial properties on behalf of landlords


• Managing day-to-day landlord and tenant relationships and enquiries


• Coordinating repairs, maintenance, contractors and property inspections


• Monitoring service charges, budgets, expenditure and property-related costs


• Dealing with leases, rent reviews, renewals and general tenancy matters


• Ensuring properties are maintained, compliant and managed to a high standard

• Proven experience in Commercial Property Management


• Strong understanding of commercial leases and landlord and tenant matters


• Experience managing contractors, maintenance and property inspections


• Good knowledge of service charges, budgets and property expenditure


• Excellent communication and relationship management skills


• Strong organisational and time-management abilities


• Professional approach with the confidence to deal with landlords and commercial tenants


• Experienced Block Property Managers with relevant commercial property experience will also be considered
